INVITATION

NOTICE FOR THE QUALIFICATION OF APPLICANTS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF (100 MW) BANGKA PEAKER GAS-FIRED POWER PLANT INDEPENDENT POWER PRODUCER PROJECT

PT PLN (Persero) (“PLN”) intends to select a potential project sponsor (the “Project Sponsor”) to develop Bangka Peaker Gas-Fired Power Plant IPP Project (Gas Turbine Power Plant or Gas Engine Power Plant or Combined Cycle Power Plant) in Bangka Belitung Islands Province, Republic of Indonesia. The selected Project Sponsor will develop, finance, construct and operate the Project with net capacity of 100 MW (total) on a Build-Own-Operate (BOO) basis pursuant to a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) up to 20 (twenty) years; and also finance and construct the associated 150 kV transmission line which will be transferred to PLN as a special facility.

This qualification is open to interested party or parties, either domestic or foreign partnership with domestic, who have previous experience in implementing power generation projects and will be selected through a competitive bidding process from a pool of Applicants that meet the qualification criteria set forth in Qualification Document. The Qualification Criteria will be based on three categories represent the Applicant’s ability to develop IPP projects, its power generation experience, its financial strength and its ability to supply the gas fuel (LNG/CNG/Piped Gas).

PLN invites interested parties to submit qualification applications in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Qualification Document. Only Applicants which Qualification Statements demonstrate that they meet all of the criteria set forth in the Qualification Document will be invited to submit bids for the Project.

The applicants should hav Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) Rating of minimum of 5A2 for lead member and minimum 5A3 for member. Minimum one of the members shall be a Gas Supplier or a company which has signed MOU/HOA/MSPA with Gas Supplier.

Qualification Document may be collected from September 26th 2014 to October 8th 2014 (on Business Day) at the following hours: 09.00-14.30 West Indonesia Standard Time afteer payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of Rp 5.000.000,- (five million rupiahs) at the following address:
