Badak LNG reaches 100 million safe work hours

JAKARTA (RambuEnergy) – PT Badak LNG has reached a milestone by recording 100 million work hours, which proves that the company has implemented the safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) consistently.

“With the hard-work and the pray of all employees, partners and the support of the management, Badak LNG has secured 100 million safe work hours,” the company said. The safe working environment was recorded during the period of Dec. 8, 2006-March 31, 2019.

Badak LNG, found in 1974, was the largest LNG processing plant in Indonesia and one of the largest in the world. It process gas from the Mahakam Block as well as from other nearby gas fields in East Kalimantan. (*)
