PGN shareholders approve three new directors, Hendi Prio keeps his post as CEO

JAKARTA (rambuenergy.com) – Shareholders of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (IDX:PGAS) have approved the appointment of new directors and new members of board of commissioners.

M. Wahid Sutopo, Director of Strategy and Business Development of PGN, said the shareholders have approved the appointment of Dilo Seno Widagdo, Nusantara Suyono and Dani Praditya as new directors of the company. The three replaces Djoko Saputra,Jobi Trinanda Hasjim and Mochtar Riza Pahlevi Tabrani.

Riza Pahlevi has on Thursday was appointed as new President Director of tin producer PT Timah.

Meanwhile, Hendi Prio Santoso maintains his post as president director of the company, along with M. Wahid Sutopo and Hendi Kusnadi (Director for Human Capital and General Services).

Dilo Seno Widagdo was previously President Director of PT PGAS Solution, Danny Praditya was previously CEO of PT Gas Energi Indonesia, a subsidiary of PGN, while Nusantara Suyono was previously served as the Head of Investor Relations Unit.

At board of commissioners, Iman Sugema, president commissioner and independent commissioner, was replaced by Fajar Harry Sampurno, while M. Zamkhani was replaced by Kiswodarmawan.

– Director : Hendi Kusnadi
– Director : Nusantara Suyono
– Director : Dani Praditya

– President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner : Fajar Harry Sampurno
– Commissioner : Tirta Hidayat
– Commissioner : Muhammad Ikhsan
– Commissioner : Kiswodarmawan
– Commissioner : IGN Wiratmaja Puja
– Commissioner : Paiman Rahardjo

Dividend
On Friday, the shareholders also approved a plan to distribute dividend of Rp2.21 trillion or 40 percent of 2015 net profit of US$401.19 or Rp5.53 trillion or (*)
