KPK declares Pelindo II CEO RJ Lino as a suspect in crane procurement case

JAKARTA (rambuenergy.com) – The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said it has declared President Director of state owned port operator PT Pelindo II R.J. Lino as a suspect in the crane procurement case.

The anti-corruption agency claimed to have secured minimum of two evidence in order to bring the case to further process. KPK accused RJL to have acted against the law and abused his authority to enrich himself or others or an entity with regard to the procurement of Quay Container Crane (QCC) in 2010.

He is allegedly picked HDHM of China directly to procure the crane.

Earlier, R.J. Lino has defended that the procurement process has been in line with procedure.

At the same time the Policy Detective Unit (Bareskrim) is also investigating the case. (*)
