JAKARTA (rambuenergy.com) – PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ) has launched a tender for time charterparty for provision of one unit of offshore production support vessel (OSV) to support the company’s operation and production.

PHE sets specification of OSV vessel, namely 2,000 maximum horse power (BHP), 40 squire mater of minimum clear deck space, minimum full speed of 14 knots. The contract duration will last for 24 months.

PHE ONWJ requires minimum local content of 80 percent.

Registration date has been set on August 25-31, 2015.

ONWJ’s oil production has gradually increased since Pertamina acquired the block from BP few years ago. In 2016, PHE expects production to increase slightly to 40,500 barrels of oil per day (bopd).

President and GM of PHE ONWJ Jonly Sinulingga said recently that in the six months to June 2015, PHE ONWJ’s production reached 40,400 bopd, while gas production reached 173 MMSCFD.

As for full year 2015, the Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business (SKK Migas) has set production target of ONWJ at 40,000 BOPD and gas production of 175 MMSCFD.
