JAKARTA (rambuenergy.com) – PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk said it has bought 2,384 shares or 1 percent of PT Win Offshore shares, which led to an increase of the company’s stake in the company to 51 percent from 50 percent previously.
Wintermar said in a statement to the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) that he shares were purchased on on Dec. 29, 2014 from PT Mandiri Abadi Maritim. The remaining 49 percent of Win Offshores are owned by Pacc Offshore Holdings.
In the nine months to September, Wintermar posted net income before taxes of US$27.9 million, a slight compared to the period in 2013. Net income attributable to shareholders amounted to US$18 million, against US$18.8 million in the same period last year.
Its revenues reached US$131.47 million, down from US$137.25 million a year ago. (*)
