JAKARTA (Rambu Energy) – PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk, an offshore oil and gas supporting vessel operator, said that its subsidiary PT Winpan Offshore has pledged its assets to guarantee the loan it receives from CIMB Bank Bhd, Singapore branch worth US$8.45 million.

The loan was secured by the company on Dec. 10, 2013.

Wintermar said the value of the guarantee is uS$4.31 million, representing 51 percent of the loan value, while the remaining value of the loan (51 percent) is guaranteed by the other shareholder of PT Winpan Offshore, namely Lanpan Pte Ltd.

Wintermar owns 51 percent shares in Winpan Offshore.  (*)
