JAKARTA (Rambu Energy) – PT Provident Agro Tbk, a palm oil plantation company, jointly owned by PT Saratoga Sentra Business and PT Provident Capital Indonesia, said that it has raised paid-up capital in a number of its subsidiary companies.
In a filing to the Indonesian Stock Exchange, the company’s director Devin Antonio Ridwan said the paid-up of P Transpacific Agro Industry has been raised to Rp150 billion from Rp20 billion previously; P Global Kalimantan Makmur to Rp220 billion from Rp58.1 billion; PT Sumaera Candi Kencana to Rp50 billion from Rp10 billion and PT Langgam Inti Hibrindo to Rp100 billion from Rp69.5 billion.
The paid-up capital of PT Mutiara Sawit Seluma has also been raised to Rp100 billion from Rp16.875 billion; PT Nusaraya Permai to Rp40 billion from Rp12.5 billion; PT Agrisentra Lestari to Rp55 billion from Rp24.76 billion; P Semai Lestari to Rp100 billion from Rp4 billion; PT Saban Sawit Subur to Rp100 billion from Rp19.27 billion and PT Sarana Investasi Nusantara to Rp66.5 billion from Rp29.7 billion.
